Vincent Racing Technology (VRT) has been porting heads and manifolds by hand for 35 years, mainly for the dirt track and drag racing community. What began as a hobby, evolved into a thriving business, providing exceptional quality to the customer. VRT provides port work at all levels, whether basic bowl blending and port matching, or complete finishing of combustion chambers and runners. In addition to the typical V-8 head, VRT has begun porting Harley Davidson motorcycle heads. Results have shown subtantially better flow which produces more horsepower and broad, flat torque curves.

The O.E. Harley Davidson Twin Cam or "Screamin Eagle" head can be refined to produce substantially better flow, which results in more horsepower and better torque, all from the original cubic inch displacement. Working in close association with Oasis Cycles ( www.oasiscycles.com ) of Brandon, MS, and Tony Barker Racing Engines ( www.TonyBarkerRcaingEngines.com ) of Mendenhall, MS, VRT has helped to produce 109 HP & 113 lbs. ft. torque from a basic 88 CI motor with VRT modified heads, cams change, and fuel curve recalibration on Oasis Cycles' DynoJet dyno. The 110 CI "Screamin Eagle" heads produce 130 HP and slightly higher torque figures with similar porting, cam, and calibration modifications on a 110 CI motor. See the chart below:
